Jace Wade

Associate Attorney

Raised working on his family’s dairy just outside Ogden, Utah, Jace Wade understands the rhythms of farm life and the legal needs that come with it. From chores in the barn to earning his law degree with a foundation in business and real estate, Jace brings both hands-on agricultural experience and sound legal training to help farm families protect their land, livestock, and legacy.

Jace combines his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he focused his studies on estate planning, business law, and real estate law — all areas that matter deeply to agricultural clients navigating transitions and property issues.

Growing up on the dairy instilled in Jace a strong work ethic and an appreciation for the legal complexities facing farms, including:

  • Farm Estate Planning & Succession: Helping farm families plan for the future with wills, trusts, and strategies that honor generational legacy

  • Agricultural Real Estate & Land Transactions: Guiding clients in buying, selling, or protecting farmland and resolving property disputes

  • Business & Farm Operating Agreements: Drafting and reviewing agreements related to farm partnerships, land leases, and rural enterprises

  • Probate & Administration: Assisting families through the legal process after loss, with sensitivity to farm-specific asset issues.

Outside the office, Jace stays connected to the agricultural community and rural culture. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, engaging in community events, and contributing to the rural lifestyle he grew up in — bringing the same commitment to his clients as he does to his own way of life.
